Through our consulting services, we facilitate collaborations that foster innovation within organizations from startup to completion. In the initial stages of an innovation project, we coordinate the search for strategic collaborators and all the startup administration processes. We follow the project through its stages to enable a smooth experience for stakeholders and offer our expertise in management, communications, and the administration of complex projects involving multiple parties.
For many, open innovation is limited to crowdsourcing, whereas open innovation combines multiple approaches, from ideation to precompetitive partnerships, and to multi-sectoral networking. Rather than specializing in a particular approach, we offer a personalized approach to your organization.
IODS has three main values: Integrity, Security, and Reliability.
Integrity is at the heart of the values of the company and each of our employees as it is very important to remain transparent with our customers. It is also an essential component of open innovation and is one of our priorities to establish and maintain a climate of trust.
We take all the precautionary measures to ensure the security of your information. Working in the innovation field requires a prominent knowledge in terms of confidentiality, intellectual property and the equipment generally used.
We commit ourselves to ensure a reliable service at all times. We understand the necessary conditions for a successful partnership and the assurance of a job well done is one of them.
