Hugo is an engineering student at INSA Lyon, where he is specializing in computer science while pursuing a master's degree in information technology engineering, with a focus on innovation management. In his current role, Hugo brings an academic approach to solving complex problems, with an innovative perspective. His multidisciplinary background makes him highly adaptable. Curious, imaginative and rigorous, Hugo is always ready to take on new challenges and explore innovative solutions.

Kristelle has 7 years' experience in events and philanthropy and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in marketing. Her personable and social nature enables her to gain an in-depth understanding of her partners' needs and to create bonds of trust with them. With her expertise and contagious enthusiasm, Kristelle is determined to contribute to the success of each project by bringing a touch of innovation and conviviality.

Maïssa graduated as the top student in her MBA program in International Business in Paris. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from HEC Montréal. With three years of experience in banking and a strong background as a business analyst, she brings valuable project management skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities, to her project execution.

Reg Faubert
Program Manager
Reg has recently retired from a 33-year career in the British Columbia civil service, where he focused on aviation, rail and marine transportation. With gratitude, Reg lives and works on the ancestral and unceded territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən Peoples, known today as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. Reg conceived, developed and oversaw numerous funding programs in the aviation sector as well as remote access programs for northern Indigenous communities.
